​STEM: Catapults

August 12, 2026 - Room B1 engineers did a STEM project called “Catapults” using 10 popsicles sticks, rubber bands, and a spoon to build a device that can launch a fuzzy ball across the cafeteria floor as far as possible. Although some teams struggled with building the catapults, most of the teams were successful. During the competition, Aaliyah and Cadence's catapult launched the fuzzy ball 11.5 feet becoming the first winners of our class STEM program. CONGRATULATIONS
