SCIENCE: "Can matter be destroyed?"

September 10, 14 - The young scientists were busy the last two weeks in proving that air is matter. They did 3 experiments testing the properties of air which prevented a paper towel from getting wet under water and that air is compressible using a plunger. They also weighed a balloon before and after putting air in it. In the 4th investigation, the question was asked, "Can matter be destroyed?" The result was surprising to everyone when the students found out that the dissolved sugar didn't actually disappeared!!! We had fun doing experiments in Science. 😀
